Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for opens and IBIS related patent disclosures:

New items:

Mike showed a presentation reviewing open IQ projects:
- Eckhard: We have added to the initial list.
- Bob: Tim Coyle is affected by the test keyword changes we made.
  - We should table discussion of the IEEE style of FSV.
- Mike: I wonder where the IEEE stands on approving that.
- Bob: It took a few iterations to get the last IBISCHK BUG right.

Mike: We should prioritize our work going forward
- Lance: The [External Test] keywords would be good.
  - It relates to the Accuracy Handbook, and we could update that.
  - We could work on correlation after that.
  - The AMI checklist will be needed at some point.
- Mike: The handbook does not address diff pairs well enough.
- Lance: The IBIS cookbook could be integrated with the accuracy handbook.
  - We should try to get more people on board.

AR: Mike ask Anders about his level of interest in External Test

We decided we will continue meeting every two weeks on Tuesdays.

AR: Mike prepare a presentation on FOM issues

AR: Mike check on IEEE FSV status
